Samsung’s upcoming book-style foldable smartphone has been making headlines, and now we have the first leaked image of the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition.
The design is similar to the Galaxy Z Fold6, but with a noticeable difference – it’s thinner. The Fold Special Edition features a flat frame with slightly rounded corners, and a camera island that’s distinct from the Fold6’s design. The back of the device has a brushed metal look, which is likely still glass with a special finish.
Other notable features include a 200 MP main camera, a 6.5-inch cover display, and an 8-inch inner folding screen. The device will be 4.9mm thick when unfolded and 10.6mm thick when folded.
One notable aspect is that the power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor, and the volume rocker is located above it on the right side. Unfortunately, it’s rumored that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will only be available in China and South Korea.
