But now, the company is using its global social networking account to promote the XT, leaving many wondering if this phone will make it out of China.
The company has shared promo images on X, showcasing the phone’s design and features. Although the images don’t mention a wide launch, they do highlight the phone’s unique tri-fold design and premium materials.
A minute-long YouTube video has also been posted, showcasing the key design elements of the Mate XT Ultimate, including its technological achievements and premium design touches. While the video doesn’t mention a global launch, it does give a glimpse into the phone’s capabilities and features.
Huawei’s X account has also posted about the upcoming Huawei Mate Pad launch on September 19, which will feature a focus on the new Glide Keyboard. Interestingly, the reservation campaign for the XT in China also ends on September 19, leading many to speculate that there may be a mention of the tri-foldable XT during the MatePad event.
