The vivo X200 series is expected to launch in early October, with three variants including the vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro+. The non-Pro version is expected to feature a 6.3-inch screen.

The X200 will have a flat 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, symmetrical bezels on all four sides, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The panel also features an optical fingerprint scanner.
The entire X200 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. The X200 is rumored to have a triple camera setup with a 50MP main camera using a custom Sony sensor, a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.

The device is expected to have a larger battery, ranging from 5,500-5,600 mAh, but will come with slower 90W charging instead of the 120W charging found on the X100.
