Developed in collaboration with SK Telecom and exclusive to the network, the Samsung Galaxy Quantum5 is a unique smartphone that combines cutting-edge technology with advanced security features. The phone was made possible through a partnership with ID Quantique (IDQ), which provides the quantum cryptographic chip.

The quantum cryptographic chip, known as a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG), uses quantum physics to generate truly random numbers for encryption and decryption processes. This limits the possibility of outside influence and tampering, making it more secure than traditional random number generation methods.

Available in three color options – Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy – the Samsung Galaxy Quantum5 retails for KRW 618,200 ($465).
