If we talk about Galaxy S20 Ultra its camera setup is really strong- it contains 108MP main camera, 48MP telephoto (10x optical), 12MP Ultra-wide, and Time-of-flight sensor.
The front cam of Galaxy S20 and S20+ is 10MP while Galaxy S20 Ultra comes with a 40MP powerful selfie camera.
