Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leaks in first renders, its weight is revealed too

Leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra show a device with accurate camera placement, but CAD-based designs may not accurately depict camera ring design and metal frame. Rumors suggest a 50MP ultrawide camera, 5,000mAh battery, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to arrive in January, and it’s already generating a lot of buzz. Today, we’re getting our first look at the device through leaked renders.

Note that these are CAD-based renders, which means some details may not be accurate due to the lack of relevant information in the CAD files. Prolific leakster Ice Universe has specifically pointed out that the camera ring design is unknown at this point, so what you see here is mere speculation.

It will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and feature a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging. Powering it will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which is due to become official next month.
