Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Announced for Europe
The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, which was announced in July and released in some markets a month later, was initially missing from continental European markets. However, the company has now announced at this year’s IFA in Berlin that it is finally coming to Europe.
Pre-orders for the device start today, September 6, with actual sales and shipments beginning on September 10. The device will be available in various major retailers across the continent, including Amazon, Saturn, and MediaMarkt.
The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will only be available in two colors, Black and Grey, and one storage configuration: 12GB/256GB. Although the 8GB/256GB variant is not available yet, this may change in the future.
The handset’s pricing varies across the continent. In the UK, it will cost £399, while in Switzerland, it will be available for CHF 399. In the Nordics, the price is set at €459. Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, and Spain can expect to pay €429, while the rest of Europe, including France, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, and Eastern Europe, will need to pay €20 extra.
