Mobilink Bank and CARE Pakistan Unite to Empower 50,000 Women



Mobilink Bank and CARE Pakistan have partnered to empower 50,000 women through the Strive Women program, providing financial literacy, skills development, and affordable loans to help them establish or expand their businesses. The program aims to increase women’s participation in the workforce and contribute to a more inclusive economy.



Pakistan’s leading digital microfinance bank, Mobilink Bank, has joined forces with CARE Pakistan to empower 50,000 women through the Strive Women program. This partnership aims to unlock the potential of women by investing in their financial literacy and skills development, paving the way for a more equitable and prosperous society.

Mobilink Bank, part of the VEON group, will provide financial resources to 30,000 women over the next three years, enabling them to establish or expand their businesses. The bank will also offer affordable loans, financial literacy training, and mentorship opportunities.

The goal of this collaborative effort is to increase women’s participation in the workforce, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable economy. By addressing the unique challenges faced by women in business, the organizations aim to significantly impact women’s empowerment and financial inclusion.
