The partnership aims to democratize healthcare by providing 500,000 Mobilink Bank customers with unparalleled access to free, premium medical services.
Through this partnership, Mobilink Bank customers and their families will gain access to a wide range of free healthcare benefits via the oladoc app, by signing up through their registered mobile numbers. The benefits include complimentary Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations, savings on In-patient Department (IPD) costs, up to 10% off on medicine orders, up to 25% discount on surgical procedures, including aesthetic, dental, and all elective procedures, free unlimited video consultations, and up to 20% off on in-clinic appointments.
Customers can also enjoy free wellness and lifestyle consultations with nutritionists, psychologists, dieticians, and fitness trainers. To enable seamless access for customers without smartphones, oladoc will offer a complimentary value-added service (VAS) to Mobilink Bank customers through a dedicated helpline for six months.
